Full time Receptionist.

 We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to fit into our friendly team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, together with the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties will include booking appointments, answering the telephone, greeting patients, dealing with patient queries, and much more in this very versatile role.

Previous reception experience and SystmOne training would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate. Computer skills are essential.

Flexibility needed to provide holiday/sickness cover for colleagues.

Administration assistant.

We are looking to expand our busy administration team. The ideal candidate would have experience of the health care sector. Previous experience with SystmOne is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, keyboard skills, have a good telephone manner, be able to work under pressure and adapt to multi-tasking.

Duties will include scanning, read-coding, work flowing, general admin duties and answering queries from patients and colleagues.

37.5 Hours per week.
