We are closed on the afternoon of the 15th of February for practice staff training. During this period please call 111 for any health need or 999 for emergency.

X-ray/CT service

The X-ray/CT Services are back up and running as usual at PAH

Mental Health Self referral

The way to self refer for counselling and mental health support has changed. This service is now provided by Vita Health Group.

Care Navigator Partnership

Patients over the age of 16 years can now access a care navigation service.
