Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are on regular medication, a request for a repeat prescription can be made by bringing your repeat slip to the surgery or sending a written request. Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions that are to be collected from the surgery or 72 hours for collection from the chemist. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like your prescription sent to you. Several local pharmacies work with the practice in offering a free delivery service of repeat prescriptions to your home or workplace.

You will normally be required to see the nurse every six months if you are on regular medication.
