Appointment Times
The practice has a variety of appointments available on a daily basis; these are as follows:
GP Appointments:
Monday 9.00 am to 12.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Tuesday 9.00am to 12.00pm and 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Wednesday 7.00am to 12.00pm and 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Thursday 7.00am to 12.00pm and 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Friday 7.30am to 12.00pm and 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Nurse and Healthcare Assistants Appointments:
Monday 8.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm
Tuesday 7.30am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 6.00pm
Wednesday 8.00am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 6.00pm
Thursday 8.00am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 6.00pm
Friday 7.30am to 12.00pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm
Double appointments can be booked if you have more than one subject to discuss with the GP.
There may be a limited number of appointments after 6.00 pm please ask at reception for up to date information about early and late appointments.

Patients can collect prescriptions from reception daily from 8.00 am onwards; bookings for appointments will be taken from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 6.30 pm. There are a limited number of early morning nurse and doctor appointments available from 7.30 am; we also offer telephone consultations with our nurses and doctors to discuss test results; medication advice or general advice about ongoing treatment.

Patients are advised to make a double appointment if they have more than 1 medical issue to discuss with their GP; a standard 10 minute appointment is aimed at dealing with 1 medical issue only.

Pregnant patients - you will need to book your first ante natal appointment via reception as you will require a longer appointment than the standard appointment time allocated.

Medical Secretary – Job Share
We are looking for 1 experienced medical secretary to undertake a job share position within our very busy practice. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, confident, well spoken, accurate word processing/audio secretary and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word/excel etc). Knowledge of Vision and Choose & Book would be an advantage.
This part time position 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm will join an existing Medical Secretary who covers the am session 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. The position is offered on a job share basis with the successful candidate working a 4 hour shift (1.00pm – 5.00pm). The ability to cover for the am session during holidays and other absences is essential so flexibility is very important.
